Like many other Californians we support local family businesses. Similar to the resurgence of the “farmer’s market” and its direct connection between consumer and grower, we too are making our products directly available to the consumer.
Using White Barn Millworks brings a person to person business relationship, allowing you to choose the highest quality product for your needs. We promise to provide a superior quality wood product to your specifications and with your knowledge that it was produced with sensitivity to biodiversity, sustained yield and exacting attention to detail.
White Barn Millworks is located just south of the base of Lassen Peak in Northern California. From this property, ranging in elevation of 4,800-6,000 ft, comes some of the most pristine and unique milled Cedar, Sugar and Yellow Pine, Douglas and White Fir beams, natural art, and fine furniture. White Barn Millworks creates high quality products from its desire to continue it’s near century old ethic of promoting proper land stewardship.
Stewardship
Due to our family’s desire to appropriately manage our property we entered into a conservation agreement with “The Nature Conservancy” in the early 1990’s. By consummating this easement our family broke through the traditional ownership model and solidified the protection of our property in perpetuity.
